When having issues related to the binding of your account;
- Make sure the official “Google Authenticator” app is installed on your mobile phone.
- Make sure the time (clock) on your mobile phone (the one running the Google Authenticator app) and the computer (from which you are logging into Bidesk website) are synchronized.
- Make sure your login password and the 2FA code are correct.
You can also use SMS authentication if you do not have access to a smartphone or want to use it in conjunction. Please enable SMS Authentication in the account center.
